The Process

What to Expect

When you walk to the counter of our Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. or Waters Ave. shops, one of our associates or artists will greet you. We’ll work with you to discover exactly how to make your ideas come to life!

Be Prepared

Do you want to get started right away? To make the process faster, or get a more accurate quote on a tattoo, there are some things you can do to before coming in or calling:

  • Put together a description of the tattoo you want to get (photo-realistic face, zombie, figure, abstract, etc).
  • Bring a few examples of other work you like, or elements you think might look good with the piece you want done. Because we are a custom shop, we will not do an exact copy of someone else’s work, but can tweak it to make it your own.
  • Bring enough money for a deposit. If you find out that we’re a good match, we want to be able to schedule you in! We accept credit/debit cards as well as cash.
  • Have an open mind! Tattooing is a creatively collaborative process, and our artist(s) will do their best to make your idea/design as strong as it can be!
  • Note that we do not give refunds under any circumstances, and all sales are final.

Aftercare

Is this your first tattoo? Are you unsure how to take care of your new piece of body art? Check out our aftercare instructions here. Aftercare is drastically important if you want to avoid infection, and keep your tattoo looking as good as it did in the shop!
